Sexual Assaults, Men's Perversions, Life in Prison at Least !

       It's about time more women are coming forward. Before I go further, yes, I know women have done it too, and I'm not brushing it aside. I don't care if it's a man or woman who is the abuser, they should equally spend life in prison.
        I've been told by someone close, well if a guy serves time, gets out, then Megan's Law is really unfair because the guy already served his time. By putting him on this list he's being punished all over again-yet he went on to say in his opinion, death would be better because if that happened to any of his kids, he'd want to kill the guy.
          Here's why I feel life in prison and I bet you can guess this before you read my post;that abuser has changed a life or lives forever! So why shouldn't the abuser get the same and worse. If I was in charge, drop him off in the middle of the ocean for fish food, yet I don't want to poison the ocean.
So put them in prison with yellow suits. Yes, of course yellow! These people who sexually abuse others are first cowards and second bullies who threaten and intimidate.

          Now we have a guy, a senator Moore, Roy Moore from Alabama who was recently accused and his precious Christians are standing with him. WHY? Because of proof, because they've known him forever!
          Pedophiles do not molest children, rape others, grope, feel, use porn, sell women and yell hey look at what I'm doing! Smart people are so stupid. How the hell can they even ask for proof and yes I know there are false allegations at times. Look at Tawana Brawley who did what she did because of Al Sharpton, a male in position who took advantage of a kid because he wanted political attention. I wonder if he ever paid his taxes ?

        Remember Chris Hansen who had a show years ago exposing pedophiles ? Yup, fired for cheating on his wife if I remember right. Hes now back on TV, Older and fatter, BUT that doesn't distract from the following: That show exposed men of all ages, all faiths, races and careers.  There were Catholics priests, Rabbi's, Teachers, ministers , coaches, and on and on.
That didn't stop anyone from continuing to molest, rape, and sexually assault!

       Finally too we have so called celebrities that many don't want to believe. "oh how could he do that, he's such a a nice guy". There all nice on the outside, just like a book. People in the position of power don't necessarily have to be bosses, coaches etc. Those pedophiles are also fathers, cousins, brothers, grandparents and spouses who cover up. Why do they cover up?They take the easy way out, they may have to support themselves, embarrassment, disbelief (but they really know) its just easier which makes them worse than the abuser, they colluded, they allowed it to knowingly continue.
        Parents keep talking to your kids, doors stay open, two go to a bathroom in a movie,, keep spaces between others in movies. Overnight trips, sleepovers? Hell NO ! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S IN SOMEONES MIND! Prison for Life, no exceptions!

       

ACS Staten Island Bullies Parents with threats to MOVE..

     Yes, this is what these types of services do, they bully a parent or parents when a parent asks questions about their own children, asking for help for the foster parent with transportation. Kids have so many appointments when in foster care, but for some it's just too much and isn't needed but when it is, the foster agency is supposed to be there to help with transportation especially if the foster parents work.
      I can tell you personally in Pennsylvania, that's exactly how it works. IF foster parents work, the foster agency caseworkers or MHP's as their known, step in to actually do the transportation to appointments, school meetings and so on. So if ACS doesnt like the questioning, they make threats, well we'll just move your children, so is that in the best interest of the children?
      Heck NO!!!! They have already been removed from their home, then removed from a school, so ACS answer is to move again and again because they won't be honest, won't help, won't answer questions.

Many parents are decent people who need help and yet many others are slime but if you have a parent who can offer proof, who wants his or her children, can offer a home, food, clothes, and an education and unconditional love, yet ACS prefers to either return the children to slime, and or move the kids! Yea! What a helpful agency. Maybe they individually need their backgrounds checked into. How far back should someone go? When is enough enough to prove to society you're a good person ?

Seamens Society, S.I. New York, Unfair Towards DAD ...ACS

       Recently I have become familiar with a family situation with sadly, two children are involved.
It is so deep that I am going to do my best to shorten it but to star with, the Dad in this is being railroaded! Sure two side to every story, so tell me if a man has proof that his wife texts him, I want 800. a month,  pay me every two weeks, no weekly, plus two hundred to pay my father, you can have her all you want, all I want is custody! But you have to sign paper. The woman is speaking of their child a nine year old. She has some broken English as she comes from Columbia, but she is very knowledgeable in having an income.
      This father has so much proof of children being left alone, not being fed properly, and even ACS -children's services in Staten Island sat and waited for mom to come home one day for hours, finally telling the male child to get his coat, they were leaving. The mother as she calls herself is on welfare, allowed to speak Spanish in meetings so the father doesn't know whats being said while the woman from SEAMAN'S SOCIETY chats with her about how their families come from the same village or town in Columbia! Nice, and so interesting that the father doesn't have anyone to translate, not interpret, but translate. He had an attorney who he paid in full. Yup the lawyer took his money and adios basically, not there  as this dad needs.

     Apparently it appears the mother here is being rewarded somehow for getting parenting classes while the father has to wait. WHY?? So it looks as if she cares and he doesn't ? He loved her and she became a citizen. He supported her and her son, loves him, gave her money as she wanted and needed, very often. He loved her and her son until he became a citizen. Now ten years are up and she dumps him, hate him, cant stand the site of him, BUT will basically sell her little girl in my opinion, keeping custody and he can have her all he wants. I've seen her texts to him, so much about money. She pressed charges and dropped them, hoping for money, then tried to press them again.
      This man needs a father rights attorney ! This man hasn't been a saint, but since he married this woman, he has more than tried to be a hard working husband and father. Then he heard rumors while separated and moved in with her. She allowed it as so did her welfare landlord as this man was now shelling out again, to both the landlord and his wife. He started to make her apartment livable. Mice, steps, and foundation breaking down, and he set mice traps inside and outside of the home.
   All the while this woman knew how she could get a new apartment and all expense paid by welfare...press domestic charges against this man. Yes, she learns fast about our laws, now her laws.
   In my opinion, ACS and the Seamen Society, both powerful agencies, are putting a very large screw to this man. By the way, I'm not too crazy about men, but I do believe in being fair.

       The Newspapers should know his story, an internal investigation of policy and compliance should happen, and an ACLU case should open in addition to a fathers rights attorney to be located ! Oh, I didn't forget-this is all supposed to be about "the best interest of the child/children ? Is it? The male child doesn't know how to stay safe and he's older. The little girl doesn't want to visit mommy when told.. These people, ACS and the SEAMENS SOCIETY appear to be working for whats in teh best interest of the female parent. Have they even bothered to care about proof ? Have they bother to care or do they just want this to go away so they can say, look what a good and speedy job we did.. Yeah, pat yourselves on the back...for taking away the rights of a father! Comprende'  

Mattress Firm, Positive and Negative

          As I sit here at 8:05 P.M. on a Saturday evening waiting for me mattress set, I'm sure you can tell this is the negative. It was to be delivered between 5&7 P.M. Calling the store I spoke with Josh a floating manager, who was sincere and apologetic. I was satisfied with him and really didn't need to speak with anyone else. He returned my call and let me know that now, my bed would arrive around 9:10 P.M. !!!   He handled me, if that's what we call it when they do what they need to do, but suddenly I hear a voice in the background and Josh is apologizing saying it's the manager, John. What, he didn't trust Josh  to do his job.?
         As I was being handed over to John, I was saying, why so he can give me his spiel? But john had the phone, and sad no, it's not a spiel. He went on to let me know he'd refund my delivery fee. I was upset at now having an after nine o'clock delivery, but didn't show it in my voice except to say, two hours late? John went on with well, we don't know what happened, the truck could have broken down, the weather etc. Okay fine, so why not have someone one who was involved in the actual delivery give me a courtesy call? There is no excuse except, how it feels, screw her, she can wait!

      That's how it feels. I went a step further and told John, I'm taking this a step further, how about the frame for free? He said a sharp and firm, NO! He went on about how I received a fair price, already reduced, that the set was already half price. Everyone received the sale price! The only difference was with Carl changing a few numbers to keep it under six hundred.

      Okay then someone is lying. Carl the store manager from mechanicsburg told me it was regularly 699. for the set. So how is 450. half price?  The reason the frame was reduced and delivery was reduced is because my total cost came to over six hundred and Carl didn't want to do a deposit so he very kindly worked it out so my card was charged just under  what I wanted to pay, not over six hundred ! Carl? I would work with him anytime and Josh as well, but not John as it appeared to me he was a tad bit arrogant. Sure he acted polite yet arrogant.
      Two hours late is worth more than a 55.12 delivery fee-My TIME is just as important.
I realize delivery people have to be paid, but this is completely inexcusable! TWO HOURS LATE !

     Carl! My experience as a sales manager which he was,  was more than nice as he wasn't pushy, gave me plenty of space if I wanted to browse, answered questions without trying to persuade. He was classy, well mannered and well dressed. Carl is the kind of salesperson to go to, the kind of person who makes a person feel comfortable when shopping. Thank You Carl, Thank you Josh.
       

Chatham Diner w/ Pictures, Rte. 41

Finally I stopped to get a photo of this sweet diner and although it was almost two weeks ago since I stopped for breakfast, I'm still in awe over the freshness of the food served here and anxious to go back.
The little red planter box sits along the road with another box barely in the picture. Right, taking photos is not my forte, but food is and so are people. You know when you feel comfortable around people, if they're genuine or not.
        I know trucks like to stop in at those big truck stops, gas up, wash up, and eat up. So go ahead and do that except, wait to eat until you get to The Chatham Diner. The menu is very enticing, a selection for anyone. It's worth every cent you pay, and what you won't get are fake smiles, an imitation of people putting on a front to get tips, whiny conversation and talking to you like your five years old. This is a real family place with true home cooking. You won't see a bunch of people with cell phones. They like conversations. Well you won't see a bunch of people at all as this seats twenty-one people. The large parking lots allows for a few truckers to get in and out with ease.
        Slow down on 41, and look for this little diner/house. Enjoy. You won't forget it !

Vegan vs. Drs. and Skin Care= Hypocrites

         Opening my screen page this morning I noticed a giant ad for skin care and it looks by all appearances something worth reading. A heart surgeon introduces himself and starts talking about a motorcycle guy who lost weight and also noticed how his skin cleared up. I'm not going to bore you with all of the bluster. It was only a minute or so in that I wonder, what is this guys selling but I have patience, and waited, and waited, Finally he gets to what he's selling.

         But he made a huge mistake this doctor Mundry ? In the middle and yes, I'm glad I did listen for so long as the good doctor stated," look at Vegans, their skin glows".

    So why in the world would anyone need supplements? He also stated that good skin comes from the inside out.  Yup, in the food we eat.  Good Luck and try to eat more greens!

Mental Health's True Stigma

       How do you care for your mental health, or do you even think about it ? Your mind, it's health needs the same amount of attention as your physical health does. So why do so many "smart " people ignore it and knowing they have a problem with what's happening with their brain ?
       The mental health STIGMA isn't the same as it was years ago. Then, because of lack of education and compassion, understanding and personal knowledge as if someone in the family was ill, it appeared as if people were "just nuts". Most people, every day people didn't understand that mental illnesses was something caused by a chemical imbalance and in most situations is genetic.

       Right now, be honest with yourself and look at your family. Do you have a parent, aunt, uncle, grandparent or sibling who truly has a mental illness?

         How many times have you heard, it isn't mental illness, so stop saying that, he or she just needs to grow up, get their act together?. How many years has that been the disguise? That's just what it is, a disguise,a phrase mom or dad uses to hide the truth from others, others who probably already know yet are hoping mom or dad, or the sibling with an illness will face the truth and do something.

          I don't mean do just anything like join a gym, join a church, but I do mean do something such as get involved in a community that offers mental health help, weekly or daily therapy. If you do nothing here is where the true stigma comes in, doing nothing. Your real self shows every day in your words and actions and don't think those you work with don't know it. They do. Behind your back they are talking, "what's wrong with him/her ?" They higher ups will be careful in placing you in certain positions. Believe it or not, you're replaceable. I don't care how good or great you are. Younger and smarter are coming up right behind you.

        You can't hide forever in your uniform, the way you dress, wearing a collar, playing sports, shiny shoes, a suit/dress or even how much academic knowledge you may have. It catches up and eventually becomes public. The STIGMA is knowing and doing nothing. One day you will have a full blown breakdown in public, an office, a parking lot, traffic, a classroom, a bank, wherever and not understand why this is happening to you. Here's why its happening to you....you let it, your family let it happen in that disguise. Smart?  If  you ignored, and disguised it this long you probably need long term therapy. NO? That's the Stigma

Brooklyn Donuts

        No, I don't know of any donuts called Brooklyn Donuts. What I do know is they somehow taste better when you're with family and friends. Brooklyn favorites people talk about all the time, knishes, pizza, Italian dishes, polish Kielbasa, Egg Creams, deli food, mostly at Katz's, burgers, mostly at The Salty Dog and I'm sure you have your own list of specialties .
       
       It's all about atmosphere and being with people you want to be with, not people you're obligated to be with or feel obligated to be with. Times is so short and yes, of course being soo much older, I know that well.

        Last night talking to an old friend in Brooklyn we probably talked for an hour and said can't wait to sit down at a local diner and have coffee and cheesecake, or for me rice pudding. My daughter recently bought me a container of Rice Pudding which is my number one desert. Then ice cream, then cheese cake.. I love my time with my daughter and her baby boy, and of course some food specialties.
Sometimes she'll pick me up a sandwich that has coleslaw on it, oh boy and yummy! Once in a while, maybe more she'll pick up a Mcflurry with double oreo's .  Sure the food is great, but it's more about the people you live with, visit, and share with. Enjoy.

Cheating Spouses/Partners

        What is it that makes someone cheat? Ego? Of course. They think they'll never be caught, too smart, and so much better than who they're with. They think they deserve to cheat, that it's someone else's fault. Sure someone else, , no matter who, pushed you into cheating. They will twist and turn everything into, this was your fault; If you didn't yell, if you had my clothes ready, if you fixed yourself up, if you had my supper ready and so many more excuses.

     The best excuse is when they may want to get back together which is really for financial reasons and so they can cheat again is : It didn't mean anything !   I believe strongly anyone who has such an ego as to cheat is basically saying, "you're not good enough for me, I had to find someone else".  Of course it meant something ! That's just another lie. How many lies will be told and how long will they go on? Lies will go on as long as there is a connection, as long as he or she is grooming you to take them back. That may take months or a year but slowly they will wear a person down trying to prove they've changed. The only thing that changed is, their looking for someone else to cheat with.

         These people feel they have a right to cheat and yes will do it again and again. If the couple comes back together the cheater will think, Ha! He or she believed me, I can do it again, because he or she took me back which in their egotistical mind feels, the partner or spouse just isn't too bright and must really need me because they can't get anyone better than me. This is the internal message they send themselves which again gives them permission to cheat.

        There are all kinds of reasons or excuses people cheat and as adults, they may have individual reasons to feel it was acceptable, it was expected, and things will be okay again. No, it won't ! Every time that cheating person goes out the door, you will wonder, who is she or he talking to, why is it taking so long, what reason will he or she give when they do come back from "the store"? Oh the line was so long, the cashier messed up, I was stuck in traffic, I didn't have enough money. Excuses to call a new cheating partner ? TRUST ! That word no longer exists with cheaters. They cant be trusted, wake up!

       Are children in the picture? What reason or excuse will you give your kids when they find out and they will because there is always someone dying to tell what a rat that cheater was/is! Mainly people tell and talk because there are kids to think about. Some well meaning person will tell because they don't want a best friend to be hurt any longer but to get on with life with a truly all around good person and partner.

      Other kids will hear adults talking and pass along what they heard to the children of the cheating adult sounding like this: Did you know your mom or dad had a boyfriend or girlfriend? That's why sometimes they don't live together. Can you just hear that now? Adults talk and so do kids. They copy, mimic what they hear and do, especially when a parent says, go play.

       Two adults cheating?  Why? Go live apart. Be up front and divorce. Don't stay for financial reasons.. Kids involved ? Cheaters should have the guts to tell the partner or spouse, I have a problem, but the person who doesn't say that doesn't have courage, but does have an ego so big they know almost with certainty they'll talk their way back in and they'll act like a new, better, happier person who has learned a lesson. Watch out! They're  lying to themselves and to the partner /spouse, so how much collateral damage are you going to take? How damaged will you allow your children to take and will they, then do the same as they are learning. Be good to yourselves and your children. That's what you all  deserve.
        

Rev. Joe and The Road Crew

       A few years ago a young man named Kevin Griffin passed away at age thirty-nine of AML, a cancer, also know as leukemia. Kevin left behind a nine year old daughter,  and his father died racing across the street to see him, the night before Kevin died.
       Kevin worked for the MTA in Staten Island New York. A few years ago, Kevins mom and I went to that bus station on Staten Island to talk to someone about a book I wrote which would donate a dollar of every sale to Cancer. We were waiting, and waiting after being told, I'll get the boss, but no one came. This happened a total of three times, and finally Kevins mom cried asking me how can they be so disrespectful to not even say, not interested, but to keep us standing in the hot sun, a disgrace.

       So I'm still trying and have about 45 books, sold one, gave away three or four. I wrote The Jelly Bean Forest and gave all of those away to kids.

      Here I am asking, imagine asking to buy a book? I grew up in Brooklyn and many have similar stories. This book is about a great crew of guys who are friends, because friends, and Aunt Sandy who still lives in Brooklyn, is Kevins mom and is a wise cracking care taker of this crew. They meet all kinds of obstacles to help people being thrown out on the street.  I'm sure anyone can connect with many of the people in the book, some are real. You decide whats true and what isn't.

Leftists leave carnage behind in DC

            Who is paying for the destruction? I sincerely hope the IRS holds onto any refunds of anyone who was arrested, holds welfare checks for months and holds anyones cash benefits of any kind if they were caught and arrested. Why do taxpayers have to keep paying for rioters.
     SUGGESTION:  Police need to prepare with hoses loaded with red dye and or mace in order to catch rioters so they can lock them up, check out backgrounds, and grab any money by attaching wages, benefits, IRS income refunds, homes, autos etc. Its time we the PEOPLE hit them back-where it hurts !!!
