Christie, Trump, Fireballs

America who are you looking for in a new, Thank God, New President. Like most politicians they tell us what they think we want to hear. Two are not politicians as we know it and that's Trump and Carson. I can't give specifics as I don't have that kind of mind that absorbs everything political.
I do know, I don't want Hillary. She is a liar. Look at the most recent Benghazi but her horrible history goes way back with Billy boy and please look at their land deals and their so called friend who was killed, Mr. Foster, not suicide. They only  look out for number one and that's where it ends.

Let's look a little at Trump. He doesn't have to be involved at all. Financially he can do anything so why put himself out there to be ridiculed? Because he has faith in himself and true Americans that we can be great again.  Everyone brings up immigration because they want the Latino and black vote, yet we have Trump who tells us he will stop ILLEGAL immigration. ILLEGAL people. ILLEGALS who are taking away our jobs, education, social security, taxes which they all get. That's fair?
But it isn't that simple. He knows it to. Trump needs people in his cabinet that will help him change the country. I think his ego is a huge part of this, but maybe that's good. He has something to prove.
Now Christie-I would love to see him debate Hillary. He was a prosecutor and he knows her history and he knows what she is, yes I said what she is. I think these two men are the top choices. They have fight. They want to roll their sleeves up, literally and work !

People take this year, examine these runners, listen and listen more. Vote with you brain. Don't vote the women vote, Latino vote one way or another, black vote one way or another Asian vote one way or another or any vote that has to do with race, culture or religion.
Vote this:

  •    Jobs-keep them in America-Fine those who take them out of America
  •    Health care-you should not be fined because you can't afford it or have to go on welfare-what kind of choice is that?
  •    Education
  •    Social security
  •    Housing
  •    Tax reform
  •    Illegal Immigration

Not Giving Up My Seat On a Plane

Okay this has to do with an article I just read on the AOL screen. It was interesting as I think I've heard of this but not too sure so read almost the whole piece. Women are expected to give up their seats for an orthodox Jew so he won't be tempted by the women !  Maybe the women won't be tempted by them, as if this is a one way street ! One man stood in the isle twenty minutes because a lady wouldn't give up her seat, so he holds everyone up, putting the lady in a place of being stubborn, when it's actually the man who is stubborn.
An easy solution for this is to buy seats early and then choose-and there is a"but". Suppose a woman decides to sit next to that man, and simply because it may be the last seat, or she wants to sit half way? Then what?  This article stated people don't want to offend other religions for fear. I get it. As for me, I am not giving up my seat. I am an AMERICAN.

Fear Of Christianity

Last year I had a child in an alternative school. This was an exploration by the district to see where a child belongs who has so many issues, along with having autism. They are the experts I was reminded as we have now passed over a year with him being in too many schools, and too many programs, but he knew as long as I had hope so would he. Here is where God came in.
I told him at the start he can pray before school, pray before bowling, pray at meals and before bedtime, pray anytime he wanted to and even in school. We bought many Christian movies which he loved, having barely been exposed to religious education prior to living with me. He wasn't sure about God, if he believed in him or not, had all of the same questions many of us have and the biggest one was, "how do I know God is really real, I mean how can you prove it he said to me."
My answers were things like, look in the mirror, we are all miracles simply by being born and it progressed from there. I don't think a scientist  way back when could have created birth, sleep, waking up and all forms of  life in general. So he started to pray and would ask me to pray for him, would whisper in my ear at the bowling alley, "will you pray for me ?"
Now it comes to this alternative school. I bought him a cross and yes I was worried about the chain, but it seemed a teacher was more worried about what was on the chain, that symbol, that shiny cross. He was proud of it and I did warn him, some may tell him he has to remove it or hide it. He asked me what to do and I told him to do what he thought was right. He asked what if I get in trouble and I told him, you won't be in trouble at home. He came home that day with the cross tucked inside his shirt. His teacher told him it would be better if he wore it inside his shirt, and more which he didn't understand, so no one would see it. Political Correctness? Bull! It was FEAR .

He didn't want to have an unhappy teacher that day so he did as she suggested, and he came home disappointed.                               What is the FEAR???
Is the fear that it's contagious? if so, then that's something I would want a whole school of misbehaved kids to catch.  Here we are the land of the free, ---with restrictions. Sundays were days of open door churches, now  too many are locked, destroyed, abandoned, sold to other religons and or communities. People will go in and steal instead of praying, all fears churches have, but the faith is the biggest fear. Christianity in many homes was right up there with the law. Do wrong and you will be punished. Now it's wrong to simply show you're a Christian.
Yet other faiths can close down a NEW YORK CITY street, now want their faith acknowledged in schools and have come to this country, this country which has an open heart, but they, yes they are trying to take over our beliefs and believe it or not-this all started with freedom. Madelene M Ohare's freedom to fight prayer in school, fight for something she didn't believe in, fight for something she was afraid of. So if we had one woman, one atheist woman able to take prayer from schools, what do you think people from another country will do? Imagine if their laws applied here as they are trying to accomplish in other countries?
They are trying to enforce their religious law in other countries because they are AFRAID of CHRISTIANITY. Look what is done to people of the Christian faith who are visiting and helping in other countries !!!  Look at London, who "they" are trying to enforce the religious law from the country "they" left !  Christianity should not be feared but embraced. I bet many of us wished old Madeleine she was alive now and we can send her up front to "them" and she can join "them". All because of FEAR. I have one last thiing to mention,
                                  "ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS !"

Spring Grove Gardens Pa.

We are so close to Spring time and planting new and fresh gardens so why are our schools not being utilized to benefit all of the communities which pay taxes ? Spring Grove schools has let their buildings be used for Church services, which mean it benefits the community, yet when it comes to prayer in school, separation of church and state, their are issues so why not really benefit a whole community ?
Plant and pray if you want at the same time. I am not at all against a church using the school, as a matter of fact it's great so why not spread the word nutritionally too ? We live in a world whee we have so many people in need, people who take all the time, kids, so many in trouble. River Rock is a building in the Spring Grove school district in Spring Grove PA.
There are also many kids in school who are on probation. Why not take those kids and really put them to work and learn at the same time ? Give credit where it is earned ! We have meals on wheels so take some of the fresh area gardens growth and spread it to the elderly and sickly.
Again I love the church and people who do use the school but, yes, always a but  as I have been told who will mind the store in summer when school isn't in session? Oh and there's insurance too. Well if insurance is a problem, then there should be gates up so no one can walk through the school grounds, and they have tennis classes on the grounds too. I also see people walking through the grounds during the day when I go to pick a child up.
Come on Spring Grove. You are educators ! Why is it you haven't figured out a way to have Spring Grove Gardens with all of that tax payer property? There are many retirees who would love to meet in the" Gardens of Spring Grove High". Now doesn't that sound nice ?
What about the" Intermediate Garden" ? That could be for beginners with hands on helpers, small children with mom mentors, or dad mentors. Remember the phrase, put on your thinking caps. COME ON PLANNERS, EDUCATORS, PEOPLE IN CHARGE... look past the hours that school is in traditionally. Life is a learning experience, so let other learn and go out into the world as they grow and are able to say, when I was a kid, my school had a garden almost all year long and we learned how to plant, to nurture, cultivate, weed out, and we ate, played, delivered and were as one real community.
Look ahead now so children can look back later and say...I really loved that school !
In closing remember, Gardening is for every age, every level, everyone's brain. It doesn't limit or discriminate, but it does leave people happy. Church Gardens anyone ?

It Only Takes You

How much we have or how little we have, we have a lot if someone loves us, if everyone has reasonably good health and if you haven't recently lost someone, then you and I have a lot.  But if any of these things affect you or someone you know, then what do you do? What?
I don't know what really but I do know those who have a real serious faith do much better than those who don't. How do we believe someone is in heaven when they didn't lead a heavenly life you might ask...well, maybe because they had a heavenly heart. Only God really knows.
Right now I know a man who cares for his uncle's needs in many ways and the uncle is in his eighties. This man is fighting cancer, yet he runs, walks, golfs and who knows what more he's doing. The nephews is so proud of his uncle. That's also faith. They just never quit.
Now there are hungry people, and people who simply need a friend. Just be careful how you approach them. People have pride and don't like charity. Yes, I know pride goeth before the fall. Haven't we all tripped one time or another? Still there are also people who are lonely, lonely in their own family and those who are so wealthy they become cold hearted and sometimes the poor are as bad, due to pride, but find a way and not because it's a holiday, but because we are human.
Know too that many people do not have any religious affiliation at all, don't believe in God at all or a higher power. It takes one moment of friendship, one small miracle, one birth, one saved life to show that miracles to come. That works the opposite when someone dies especially a young person. How do you tell a mom or dad and more that there is a purpose to this, much less God had a hand in it? You don't. You let them grieve and talk out as they need to, say what they feel and be there, for  a very long time.
Remember if someone loves you, even if they're not physically close you have more than many, so be more than many to just one person, any day of the year. Here's to you Victoria and Samantha !

Sounds of Love

Okay I'll put this out there right now. I am not talking about sex. Many confuse the two and yes, both are nice, but the sounds of love are immeasurable.
I'll start with a baby's first cry at birth. In that moment the parent or parents who already have a love for the not yet born child, now have a faster tempo to their heart beats. This is a child created with love and the proof of that love is the sound of his or her cry. That continues through the baby years, walking and falling. Mom  or dad catching him, picking him up and nuzzling him, telling their baby, aw, it's okay with little bitty kisses all over. Remember?
It's reversed too as a mom or dad picks up their child just to hold them. That childs' little fingers crawl around mom's neck and they make some inaudible sound, the sound of love.
Besides babies of course we have those sounds when we see a car we love...aah, a vacation, but better than that, a memory. Best of all to me are the unheard sounds. I know, an oxymoron. So? Did you ever watch an old couple. One pats the others hand. Words aren't needed. A kid in trouble looks at mom or dad and the look they get back is one of love, one of, don't worry, we love you and we can fix it, we're here with you and for you.
Have you been to a hospital when someone is in a coma. The people that go in and out of that room are there for reasons including love. Some for friendship, some because they're just nosy, some to pray, and some to sit and read, out of love for another human being, plain and simple. A mom and dad, siblings sometimes just sit and wait, the biggest unheard sound of love I know. Next time you're out and about, look around you for the sounds of love unheard but felt very deeply.

Zion-Gimme that Old Time Religion

What's missing in today's churches? Really, I doubt anything, but I miss Zion, the church I grew up in, in Brooklyn, learned a lot in, and had some great people as examples for who I could try to be like or some part of. In church kids learn what they may not learn at home of in the neighborhood. I miss the music as much as what the church stood for. I know I sound like I'm repeating myself as in a few posts past, but what the heck, this is as good a topic as any to do that, after all it's my blog and I'll write what I want-nah, nah, nah nah nah:)
Dressing up too is not really so much in the past as people now dress up too, but churches don't emphasize it as much. They just want bodies. Why? Okay I don't want to sound sarcastic, but I could if I were someone else. They want bodies because our world is so screwed up, not about money. It takes money to support the building, pay the pastors, support missions and all the stuff. You know what I mean, the stuff! Do we go like we should, no we don't.
Again why? Well most would say we're too busy, need Sundays off, have to work, don't like this or that about a church, and besides can't we get a full tank on TV? Some would say, but you're not worshiping together as we're supposed to. But look at all the hand shaking! Who wants to shake all those hands. Have you gone into a bathroom at church and ya just know some guy didn't wash his hands. Okay some lady too, or sitting in front of you someone was wiping their nose, scratching their face, arm pit, and I have seen a guy nuzzling at his lady friends neck-yuck! One time i see a guy in shorts, wearing sandals and picking at his toe. Well that announcement, turn and welcome one another. NOOOO!!!
Beside that welcome one another stuff usually ends right there. Sure it takes two, but if you're the visitor....need I say more. I know disillusioned. Maybe not, maybe it's just this time of year or situations. While we're all different, many feel as I do-sorry about that.
One Sunday, which I'm sure was my last Sunday and I really enjoyed it, but a pastor stood at one point and told people to stand, men with men and women with women and pray together! WOW and oh no at the same time and how do I run, will I be noticed leaving? I felt my chest and face redden and pray like never before that no one would notice me as was pretty usual and as I liked it, so not complaining. When I arrived a little early I heard the senior pastor do the same thing, but thought nothing of it. I did think , hey that's pretty kool and it was going on and on, so people must have had a lot of needs. But I never thought I'd be caught in the same circle. So to go or not to go, that is the question. Well this week I have alone time and am enjoying that time. There isn't any such thing as just try out other churches when you know it's not them it's you. So if ya want safe...watch Charles Stanley. No hand shaking, no contact, no group prayers, no doors to escape out of, but what's missing? That old time religion.
That old time religion was just as good as todays' religion so let me know if you're going, then I'll go too-maybe. Never mind, don't tell me.
