PANEWO-MADE ME NUTS!

I love word scrambles also known as, "JUMBLE" and every so often a set of mixed up letters makes me nuts, so you unscramble that set. One word was HACTED-that for me was a snap so was RAWEY and so was TIBRO. Now it's your turn. When I find out the word I couldn't get straight I snap myself and say all kinds of things and I come very close, the order of letter and an almost I got it, but not good enough.
The mixed up letters end up to be the following THRYOWEONT, Now you have fun. A hint is this can be two words, but Jumble made it into one. Get your pencils out, scratch your heads and have fun. Not as if you have two heads
 just have fun.

More on AKG WHEY Protein

This was a word I heard when I listened to the story of the Deanna Protocol, WHEY PROTEIN AKG, so I just looked it up myself-again.

IT, AKG whey Protein is a muscle building protein with extra ingredients in the AKG which now makes sense to me as ALS disease breaks down muscle. It seems so simple doesn't it? The price of a quarter tank of gas helps build back up muscle, not cure it, but build it back up and maybe not to what we want, yet now we know this is a possible start to an answer to this disease. We have so many things that alter diseases, stop them in their tracks, so give it a try. It's a Protein that builds muscle. Good health to you and those you love.

ALS, Lou Gehrigs Disease & The Deanna Protocol Help

Yesterday I heard and saw progress for this terrible disease and wanted to pass it along to those who don't know about it. As most people know it has to be approved scientifically.,first before the government approves it which means we never know when they'll offer it to those who need it.
Lou Gehrig's disease, ALS, attacks nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord and is a fatal and incurable neuromuscular skeletal disease.

Not long ago a young woman about to be married became a victim of this disease and her father who is a doctor couldn't bare it, the same as all parents, but he had his profession to help in his search for an answer. He discovered what is known now as, The Deanna Protocol. The Deanna protocol is the use of AKG.
IT has now also been subjected to mice with ALS and has shown amazing improvement.
AKG an be purchased at health food stores. Check it out for yourself. I have seen and heard the story of these people on CBN. The young woman is happy to be alive who without AKG may very well have met the end of her life. If I remember correctly AKG is a protein, very high in the needed ingredients to fight this disease. It's so simple. Remember when people were dying of aids? This is not a cure but stalls the progression of ALS. What would you do for someone you loved? It's worth a try.

Mercury Emmissions in Energy Saving Bulbs

I know we are all about energy and the idea of energy saving light bulbs is great. I evne bought a few. After a kid dropped his lamp and the top of the bulb smashed he asked to vacuum it up. NOOO, ya can't. We are supposed to scrape it up as much as possible and put it in a sealed container. How is this bulb good for the earth? Good for humans? I saw an infected foot because a man stepped on a sliver of that kind of bulb, you know the one with the circles. It wasn't just infected, but ballooned up twice its size, turned green and looked like it need to be cut off, and had such a wide open cut because of the damage from Mercury leaking out of the bulb.
The US banned thermometers because of mercury, but it's okay to put mercury in light bulbs?
Who was paid for this new and poisonous, dangerous invention?

Sundance leather ALL American Products in Colarado

Good Morning Everyone!!! I have found a site which shows so many all AMERICAN companies.
It started with me looking for American made sneakers. That was a thrill ! Anyway in my search I decided to check out one of the listed sites. The great thing for me is the selection is not so huge that it makes me nuts, it's perfect.  I 'm on the East Coast and love winter.
For those of you who ski, snowboard, live in the cold winter climates or are just a person who gets cold easily, this is the place to shop and know that you support American made products. Also if you have friends or family who live is the colder climates, this is the place. Sundance sheepskin and leather is located in Colorado.
They also carry sheepskin blankets a very good item to keep in your car for that long ride;you know when one person is not bothered by the cold ( like me) but the other is freezing, well freeze no more, and order from Sundance Sheepskin and leather. Small children and older people usually feel the cold more, so do someone a good deed and purchase a warm item like slippers or the sheepskin hat, mittens or scarf. Check them out Sundanceleather.com here.  I just checked the link and it's working and waiting.
Thank you Sundance, proud to be an American

Squatter's Rights? - In Your Own home?

Who would ever think if you left your home to go to work in another area for two weeks you would come home to strangers living there. This is a true story happening in America. Yes, I saw it on Dr. Phil, but if that could happen to such a nice average couple it can happened to anyone. It made me feel that if you leave your home for any extended period of time, you better have a house sitter!
In this case these strangers who the owners never met, didn't rent to them, didn't lease to them, just moved in lock, stock and barrel. They took complete possession.
It went so far that the owners ended up living in their own basement sleeping on an air mattress with two small children,  and had to get an eviction notice for these strangers, these lowlife amoebas.  Once they got the eviction notice the strangers filed bankruptcy. That ended up to then put a stop to everything including the eviction because the strangers listed the house as theirs. How do people such as those who took over get away with it. Maybe they need some old fashioned Brooklyn attitude adjustments.
On a positive note, Dr. Phil contacted The Bank of America who holds the mortgage and is now helping the family to straighten out this awful situation. But what if there wasn't a Dr. Phil? Why wouldn't bank of America listen to these people the first time? Why wouldn't Bank of America help the first time? Did they just want something positive about the bank to air? Okay I'll drop that, but the biggest question here is, how does this happen in America and how are people allowed to use the system to get away with plain old S---!

New Balance Ladies sneakers

Everyone has their own feelings about sneakers, but I know people who specifically love New Balance. These ladies talk about how they fit, comfort and how the wear and would not wear anything else, so try them, what do you have to lose? An uncomfortable sneaker? I have seen them in stores, design, colors and style. My one old friend always wore a pair to match her jeans, and she said she could do that because of the cost, very reasonable. Go take a look, and see for yourself; you won't be sorry. For 59.99 you can go to Kohls.com

Who or What is GerbenSchmergen ?

Many years ago in a small town in Long Island a little boy name J lived with his family. He was so curious and his mom, a teacher for children with very special needs decided her son needed something special to occupy his time, so she bought him something he never, ever expected.
It was his birthday morning and she made his favorite breakfast, a bagel with applesauce on it, hot chocolate, and oatmeal with cinnamon, no sugar. His mom's name was K and she had a wonderful imagination so she wrapped his gift up and lay it on the table. It was very long and looked like it had a handle. K glued fruit bars to it, sugarless gum, sunglasses and a fanny pack.
J woke up early knowing how his mom loved to surprise him and instantly he saw the package. He started guessing, mom is it a shovel, a golf club or a fancy umbrella? What mom, what is it? K told him to eat, and then he could open his present. J's dad came out ready to have breakfast, kissed his son on the head and told him he loved him, and Happy birthday, left a small package next to the big one. Dad also glued things on his package, and it looked like small books. J was very confused.
After everyone finished eating J stood up, mom, dad can I open my gifts now? They both smiled and said yes and J ripped the gift paper off with a fury. J had such a look of confusion as he looked at something he never saw before. Mom, what is this, a shovel of some kind? No she told him, it's a metal detector! She looked estactic knowing the fun he'd have exploring. J still looked confused. K went on to explain what it was used for and J put it down. This did not make him happy, but he did take the gum, fruit bars, sunglasses and fanny pack off the paper.
Now he looks at his father and said, dad I hope this is better. Dad stopped him and said, I don't appreciate what you just said about your mothers gift. J was raised right and understood what his father meant. Right away he apologized and said, mom, I'm sorry, I love you, and he meant it. K with tears said I know you are and I love you too sweetie.
J then ripped open his dads' gift. Again his eyes fell. Dad! What is this, why are you giving me a shovel? I know this is a shovel and a little one. His dad, E. said you will need it and it opens to get bigger. You will use it with your metal detector. When you find riches and your metal detector makes noises, you have to dig to find your treasure.
J was really disappointed. He wanted video games, but his mom and dad understood very well what was happening with children who no longer used their brains to learn and explore and play outside. The next day J's dad, E. said let's go outside and I'll show you how to use your metal detector, and he told J to take out one of the wrapped small packages he left inside. J opened it up. It was a book, all about treasures, gems and things people found with a metal detector.
After E showed his son how to use it, J went out to his yard which was really two acres of property and mom would watch and watch every day. Finally one day about three weeks after J started using his metal detector, his mom and dad saw him run to get the shovel, grab a piece of gum, look in his book and ran back to a spot and start digging. Mom and dad watched with anticipation. They saw J take something from the ground. He put it in his pocket and ran to the house.
He yelled as he came in slamming the door, mom! Dad! Look, I've got a gerbenschmergen!
As soon as they saw him running they stepped in another room so he wouldn't know they were watching. Mom and dad at once said, A what? Oh dad don't you know. It's a gerbenschmergen ! Okay, I have to go back to find more. For years after that little J used his metal detector and he dug a tunnel to store all of his gerbenschmergens ! When J grew up, he married a lady who was a lot like his mom and he and his wife had a son. When his son was nine years old J gave him his first Metal detector. His son asked , what's this for? Well son, it's for you to find your own Gerbenschmergens!

Cancer Helpers-Soup Sor? Graviola Tree

Who do you hear? Who do you listen  to when you have an illness such as cancer? So many who love you will tell you to just listen to the doctor, he or she knows best. All other who also love you but may not be as close like moms & dads, children and spouses will tell you about everything else. So who do you trust and believe? This is your life. If it doesn't hurt does that mean it will help? I don't know.
Today on face book I learned of  a fruit that has lot of hype( true or not it's worth a try) about being a cancer cell killer better than just about anything. I got on the phone, called Whole foods in Philly and a health food store where I live. They never heard of it.  But I bet if I look hard enough I will find it here. Always keep your doctor informed and never let him or her go.
It comes from Brazil and other areas with such climates and grows on a tree called Graviola. On another note every day that I listen o Dr. Oz who is a heart surgeon but open minded about all kinds of treatments for many illnesses. His main two are the Heart and Cancer. He advises what many doctors now advise. EAT, Eat and Eat more Blueberries, Carrots, bright fruits and vegetables and for a while leave meat alone. Go Vegan if you can and meditate.
Keep negative people away from you-far away, as far as it takes to make you able to breath better again.

Hamilton Beach Smoothie Smart Blender-help moms & dads

This would be a nice gift if you know someone who could use a blender, but not just any blender, a smoothie Smart by Hamilton Beach. Another suggestion with this to give some recipes that are made with only a few items. I think some people feel,OMG this is too much, I might as well buy a smoothie at the store, so make it simple, and maybe even a step further, but those items for a smoothie recipe, and have a  smoothie day once a week with your friends.
Have a Smoothie Saturday-with kids or friends or both!!!!
Let me add one last thing. Lets say a friend is about to have a first baby and wants to start a natural way of life, which is highly suggested in this world of pesticides...so what better way to go?
Give the new mom a gift that's life affordable. While you're doing that if you know her friends maybe once a week stop over, make smoothies in the Smoothie Smart blender by Hamilton Beach and bag them in zip lock bags. Store them in a box type container( a half cardboard box) so they don't fall over, label flavors and  then when she needs a healthy meal, is tired and doesn't want to cook or prepare-it's there!

Movie, "BOOM" MMA, Freakin' Smokin!

I just got back from the movie with two boys, one a guest and that alone was great. He was so polite and appreciative it made the day better. Anyway, DO NOT PAY Attention to CRITICS. You know the kind who get paid to critique movies.
This is a movie for anyone and yet of course if you have any kids who have tendencies toward violence, they will miss the point of the story and only see the aggression in the MMA rings and during practice sessions.
It was the kind of movie I actually wish I was in Brooklyn for. There  people would stand and cheer, yell a few yeas for the good guys, hoop and holler, grin and shout. Here, nothing, zip, except for a few people saying aw's, but the passion was missing. The story was filled with passion and the music; I was swimming in it. During some of it where Henry Winkler played the music teacher and led his class into that symphony type of music playing softy, but with heart felt euphoria, I closed my eyes to feel it even better that I did during his first class showing. The music! It's true; Without music, well what do you think?

Arrogant and Entitled-STOP!!!

Where do people get off expecting they deserve? That they simply deserve to have, because they want it and then get mad because you tell them, no you're not getting that. I for one am fed up with the attitude of people who behave in a manner that's one of arrogance and entitlement. Sure I heard that phrase from Dr. Phil, but it couldn't have been said better. I have used those exact words before in the same sentence/s, but for some reason it hit closer to home last night.
I know the reason too but am somehow still dumbfounded at the expectations young people have and okay maybe many adults too. But we are in such a gimmes society, one of being self-absorbed, it's no wonder more and more people can't mend relationships.
What about empathy? Try just more than once to put yourselves into someone elses shoes. Oh that's too hard. It would mean thinking about someone else. About a month ago, I heard a little kid talk about his guardians and he was worried about their finances. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. How kind, thoughtful and selfless. His words should be echoed throughout where ever we go. He said, well they only have a little money so I don't want to ask...Now how does he know what kind of money they have unless he was told or overheard something? But he showed empathy. Either way he shows he cares about how others are doing.
Christmas is close, so very close, and expectations are too high for me so I am not going to be concerned about gift giving to those who thing they deserve it. What makes people deserve about five hundred dollars worth of gifts? People who don't want to give back, but simply take? Nooo way Jose. Christmas is about Love and a birth and giving because you want to give, weather it's to tithe more, give to a favorite charity a little extra, help someone out a little, gifts for loved ones and some not so loved ones, help with the recent disaster and all in all to spend your money they way you see fit. Don't put yourselves in a bad way because people feel entitled and or will be mad if you didn't buy a huge gift or gifts. Remember, it lasts for a little while. If they get mad, they'll get over it.
If they don't, you know you did right from the start.

PLAQUE in AMERICA

Recently I had a heart exam, came out fine, but asked about Plaque and the doctor said it this way. No further tests needed since your tests are as good as they are, however, if you live in America, you have Plaque.

That brought to thinking about Plaque in America as how diseased we are concerning everything else. Look at kids and education. Educators for the most part bend over backwards to help kids who "get" diagnosed with anything and everything, so schools have to comply with IEP's and so much more. The kids, not all but many continue to not appreciate, but use and take advantage. The answer? LEAVE THEM BACK ! I am tired of babying these children who will end up getting out of HS with a diploma for doing as little as possible and in the end, AMERICA pays. Kids with attitudes and words such as, "They can't do that" and or, "they're not allowed to do that, and I have my rights."
True you have your rights, but you ARE THE PLAQUE IN AMERICA ! You should be left back you whiny little snots with all of those rights.
JOBS..PLAQUE in AMERICA or rather not in AMERICA. Why can't we take some control? I know we didn't see it coming but how many years have to pass before we take control. STOP BUYING as much as possible, things made in other countries. I know , America seems more like everything is made in China and other foreign countries. If you are reading this you have a computer. Look up Made in America products. They are all over.
PORN PLAQUE...get rid of it! Check history on your child's computer, and also on your spouse's computer, check recently deleted history. Check the recycle bin.
Just take time in the choices you do have. Let's try as hard as we possibly can and get rid of Plaque in America- Oh lets' not forget GOSSIP ! A serious form of PLAQUE,  and usually by a neighbor right across the street from you who never has all the information, but is quick to spread rumors, calls himself a God fearing man, but quick to destroy anther's integrity, add ruination to a child's life and simply sets out to destroy=PLAQUE. Okay, off to brush... anything that needs it.

Underarmour Clothing Wear for Everyone

Some time ago My son who is a bike rider let me in on Underarmour clothing. He gave high praise for durability, weather resistant as well as weather protective, keeping a person cool or warm as needed in any particular weather.
Then I met two kids, one of whom at first I was told only wears under armour. By then I learned Underarmour was used mostly as out side clothing and with that you don't  have to pile on layers and layers feeling all bulked up. So now these kids come along who are also Underarmour fans, It isn't about style although they look as fashionable when they go to school or sporting events and even to a movie as anyone else does. Good things come in pars. Now I had three witnesses.
Finally about a month ago I attended a bike race, and behold! It looked like an UNDER AMOUR FAN club. Now go, buy your Winter, Summer, Spring or Fall Underarmour wear. Hey it's time to ski or shovel the driveway. Ski first, shovel later, but don't forget your Underarmour :)

Support Westside Dental York, Pa.

Have you heard of Dental Dreams? It's a chain of Dental offices much like Walmart. As you step inside it appears to be run like a factory. Look up it's history, how they get their licenses in most states.   After I read a quite a few pieces on this company it's more like Dental Nightmares. Personally I have not, nor would not want to experience anything connected to Dental Nightmares. It's a rare occasion that I want to impact any business and would rather not mention them, but others, smaller businesses are affected once you have WALMART type businesses open up and try to take over.
                                                             ****
The Dental office I suggest locally in the York area is Westside Dental. Let me tell you about an observation I saw. One day while having a child there for a cleaning, the dentist himself walked out and started tidying up. How many people in the medical profession have people to do that? Such as a cleaning service? That showed me this man believes himself equal, not better than anyone else. That's the kind of person you want on your side, uh, on your teeth. We even talked about it one day as I joked around a little letting him know I noticed him doing that at other times. I love Westside Dental !
If business is slow, he's tidying up. But I don't ever see anything to tidy up!
Sure, he may be a neat freak, but again, isn't that the kind of person you want working on your child's teeth. Some who cares about the details, who doesn't, pardon the pun, brush things off easily? Westside Dental is located on rt. 30 near a donut shop-stay away-sugar is bad for your teeth. The exact address is 970 Loucks rd. phone # 717-854-5551- across from  Old Country Buffet.

Something I might add, Dr. Urick always gives the kids compliments. I know when I take children there, they enjoy their visits, are never fearful and leave with a sense of, well as the last child told me, I like him, when do I go back? Ya just can't beat that?

Canon Digital Camera

I have a Canon purchased by my son who is a photographer. They come in all grades as is your choice. What I mean by that exactly is, prices and ability. My ability was low, but I did learn and I'm a much older person, but the Canon company is always there, ready to help. With each new mistake, I went on line, or sometime had to talk to someone in person and I did that too. The one advertised at samsclub.com is a T3i OMP Digital SLR, with18-55mm IS lens.
Put your family and travel life in the hands of a Canon. By the way, also take shots of everything you own. Can't be more clear than that with a Canon.

Cuisinart Smart Stick Blender, A DEAL! I love it!

OMG! Okay I never start out like that but you should see these. I use my stick blender a lot. It makes great scrambled eggs, mixes juices quickly and so much more. When I crack my eggs in a bowl, I just grab my Stick blender and whoosh, right there, no special mixing cup. I checked out the ad and the colors pop! I MEAN POP!
It's on sale now and would make a very nice holiday gift, or a gift for anyone starting in a new home.  Try it, you'll like it :) Oh wait, I almost forgot the best reason to buy someone the Cuisinart stick blender which is so true. It's much easier on the hands. If you know anyone who has arthritic hands or carpel tunnel, You'll be doing them a huge favor. It comes in Red, Yellow, Blue, Green and Pomegranate. Medicine Ball 6 lb. Workout-Fitness Gear

I bought a medicine ball a few days ago and love it. I'm starting small but doing many reps. I throw it up in the air thirty times once an hour. It works my hands shoulders and the back of my arms. To work the backs of arm even better, I toss it from hand to hand sitting at my desk chair or on the sofa. When it bothers my shoulders too much, I stop and switch or just plain stop.
I am doing a forty day workout plan involving forks over knives and working out at home and the gym. I am also engaging the help of a kid who will go to the gym with me at least time times a week.
Oh the medicine ball is a Fitness Gear ball and for me the weight is well distributed. Cost 19.99 and worth it. I love balls and this one is going to benefit me more than most. My two favorite balls are a small pink Spalding and a Spalding Basketball. Hey Guys, Christmas is coming.

Epson Workforce all-in-one Printer 99.99 Office Max

Recently I came into an Epson Workforce all-in-one Printer. My old one left me sitting as the driver went out. When I contacted that company they said they can sell me a new printer or I can buy a driver. I wasn't able to download with that company. So talking with my daughter she said she had a printer I could have. YEA! I am writing books and needed one desperately, didn't want to spend the money right now.
So when she brought it in I see an Epson Workforce all-in -one Printer which prior to this I never heard of. Paperwork was lost as was the manual and disk. I contacted epson on line and they tried to help me download information. Some would download, but not the info for the disk. They send me a new one !  Yes, I did pay for it,(fair priced) but it arrived in three days and I didn't pay for that early service.
Last week a repair man came over, saw the printer and said, hey I have one just like that. I love it. you'll enjoy it too, easy to use. The prices are reasonable and this printer is no where as heavy as my older one, well just three years older. For me to move it around to clean and more, it's a cinch! You won't be sorry with an Epson-all-in one Workforce. Right now the Epson 435 is only 99.99 at Office-MAX                                see Officemax.com

Do you love Dawn? I do

So we all love dawn, that time of day when light changes. But now, I'm talking about DAWN DISH cleaner. All of the commercials on television are true. Dawn does the job and does it great, not just well, but great. I can put DAWN in the sink and come out with non-greasy dishes. YOU get more value for your money too and you can buy it at dollar stores. So give your old dish liquid a friend. Give it DAWN.

Ron Myrnes repairs again with Honeywell Product

I'm telling you, if you need a home repair call Ron if you live in the York Pa. area. It was just a few days ago I e-mailed him to ask about thermostat covers/guards. He in turn sent me a link to see what kind and size I needed. Choices are good. He called me prior to picking them up to talk about sizes and prices, what was available. My thermostats are over twenty-five years old. I can't even replace the original dials.
Ron arrived this morning not too early, but at an agreed time that met both schedules, and went right to work putting the Guards on. In one bedroom I have a youngster who will turn the heat way up and leave it on when he leaves in the morning. For the bathroom having a guard on protects from wet hands and in yet another guest bedroom, I can still have some control over the heat if needed.
Ron did the job, and finished in only what someone can call, an experienced amount of time. That's what you want; experience, integrity and a plan. Ron Myrnes offers all of that. He also offers to keep an eye open for things a person may need in the future, trying to help people out who are concerned with budgets. By the way, Ron never leaves a mess, and if there is a small mess, he cleans it up. This guys comes prepared!
                                                                Call Ron at 717 887-4219

Planet Fitness 10. Initiation Fee/10 a month

I love Planet Fitness and I was waiting until the initiation fee went down again and it did. It went from 29.99 a month to 20.00 a month so I felt I was sure in know it would drop down to 10.00- but as most businesses they hoped to get some people to join for that 20.00 initiation fee.
I wrote out the fee in numbers as that's what consumers notice first and it's well worth it. You get free training. How do you beat that? I've been a member for a long time but now I had an opportunity to let a young kid join for just 10.00 down and 10. a month. There is a one time a year fee of about 30.00 in October, but this is still the best buy around for any gym and yes, I know it depends on a few things. What do you want in a gym, a pool, a basketball court, handball and more? Then Planet Fitness isn't for you.
But if you strictly want a good work out without people pestering you, then Now is the time to join Planet Fitness. Check your local planet Fitness on line before you go, and by the way I do not work for Planet Fitness but when I see something worth consumer dollars I like to pass it along.
