GLTS B ? I'll tell you what to do....

       Okay so I may not know all of the letters and what they stand for, but people, come on. Gay, Straight, Lesbian Transgendered, bi-sexual all sound to me in a same way Black people were identifying their race.  Remember the slogan, Id' rather fight than switch, good, good for everyone, but who cares except the person who is what they are, who they are, and their family and friends. Why do people feel they have to identify the gender, sexual orientation. You are a person who counts. That's what matters.
     Now what really matters is that you, me, us, them, all live in an AMERICA by a President who only focuses his attention on persons of a racial divide and people who have a sexual orientation and have fought for rights. WHY? Because he is not a President for the human race, for people, hurting people everywhere, every faith, every and any gender, any disability. He is a president for the vote. Sounds Like Hillary Clinton and her cronies. It isn't that we need a woman president but a PRESIDENT who loves this country, doesn't side with the enemy, cares about individuals and their needs, communities and education and our armed forces.
    If you think you have problems now because of race and all the other stuff listed, wait until ISIS. and all of the terrorists take over and look at how China is buying up American Properties, businesses, too much overseas.
     Now Gay, Lesbian, Transgendered, etc etc etc, Black Communities, Hispanics Communities and Chinese communities-listen up, I don't give a freak what you are, who you are, only that you are good American citizens. If you want to do something progressive, something to make people stand up and pay attention, start SAVING AMERICA !
      We have so many populations of nationalities and people who want to do their own thing, get their own degrees and live In a me, me , me society. All that's good to a point. The point is when does that greedy mind set stop? I'll tell you when. When you start thinking more of your country. YOU have enough of, for example, Starting with me...Norwegian people. Norwegians are known to knit and have cultural foods, restaurants, family stores. But of course not all Norwegians.
     So you think you don't have any money or credit to start an AMERICAN business, but I bet a group can. Get together with six to ten good friends, start a business, making clothes, baby food, natural foods, Information help centers, Car services , cleaning services and imagine this. Lets say you have a group of ten who all have different attributes/talents, Pair up with ten more with the same talents. Now you have twenty. Two plumbers, two cooks, two for car service, Two animal care-takers, two Cleaners...get my drift?
    NOW get AMERICAN. Lets take it back instead of fighting one another, fight to keep the USA a country with the people and for the people. Have an AMERICAN day ! Excuse my lousy typing, chubby fingers...hey there's another idea, a chubby chaser and I don't mean one fat person looking for another. I mean a trainer chasing a chub to do what's needed. :)

Bi-Racial Obama

      I know, what difference does it make. Well too many people continue to call him the first black American President or the First African American, both incorrect according to Obama himself, but look at other Celebrities who have green or blue eyes. They too identify as African American but not Bi-Racial so why do they want white Americans to say, we all came from Africa? I have heard that so often. I did not neither did my ancestors come from Africa, just as Obama is African American, I am all American with European ancestry.

Adoption Law=USA

       Let's get one thing out of the way. I am all for adoption. Why though do so many people go to other countries to adopt babies? Because they are babies and it seems it's a popular thing to do when you have the money or celebrity to do just that.
       I deeply believe people should have to adopt in the country where they have their citizenship. If you live in the USA, You should have to adopt here. Here is at least one big reason why people want babies: they don't have the past baggage that most kids have who are over four to six years old. They think if they adopt a cute new, or almost new baby they won't face the same problems if they adopted an older child. Many times they won't because they are building  foundations of : security,  wealth, family connections, stability and belonging as well as and just as important a choice of better medical care.
       Adopting an older child you get a medical card which leaves you with few choices, and you get all of his or her emotions which include such unimaginable diagnosis that make people run. There are any who adopt to take on that challenge and many kids return to foster care, sadly. They simply cannot trust and or attach. Adoptive parents do get a stipend. I met a teenager who said she asked her adoptive mom about that as she felt mom wasn't spending money on clothes that she needed. She walked into a laundromat, slid down to the floor and started writing. Sure she could have given me  a one sided story, except I heard it too many times and have seen it too. This isn't to say all adoptive parents treat their kids this way. Many kids get close to teenage years and decided to rebel, think I'll see how much they really love me and do their best to destroy the family relationship. Well her mom said she doesn't get any money for her, but her adoptive sister got the mail one day and saw mom had a check from a place unfamiliar and that girl opened it. There was specific words and she knew it was for adoption.
    I think a law should be enacted to adopt only in your own country as we are sending a message to further add to the feeling, our kids just are not good enough. I know you may be thinking, how come I don't adopt or did I? No, but I am way too old to adopt. IT does take special people to adopt a child, and I don't mean a cute new baby who is obviously from another country. When you adopt, services are included to get help when needed, even respites to get a needed break at times. Many, many kids do great with adoption, so check out SWAN an adoption network. So at the very least, bring home an American child, a child raised in America, a child who has American citizenship.

Sports Stars Vs. Duck Dynasty

     I am watching The O'Reilly Factor at 8:22 Eastern time and listening to a black(Juan ?) man speak about Jessee Jackson, in an honest way-that Jackson is really looking to insert himself anywhere he can for money.
   The regular newsman, this is also advertised as fox43, so I am again confused. All of this piece started out as being about Phil Robertson and Duck Dynasty's  24 hour marathon where Phil is supposed to be indefinitely suspended. Now as I stated in  a post, consequences come with being outspoken, principles or not, but good for you Phil and family.
      Now lets go to another place, Sports stars and kids. How many sports stars/celebrities have used over and over again, steroids, performance enhancing drugs, beat and raped women, yet earn millions a year with little punishment.
Who's fault is all of this. The American Public=stupidity. The only thing that will change what we don't like is to stop buying tickets, stop buying sports memorabilia, stop paying crazy prices for people who offend, change the channel's, do not buy, do not buy, and do not buy from those who offend.
      The owners of these teams are all saying we, The American Public will take any kind of crap;Let the rape our girls & women, let them take drugs, let them kill, let them drive drunk. let them carry guns because googly eye fans will still pay, they will still watch, they will still buy. Who are we to blame ? US!!!! IDIOTS !!!
      Teach your children. You don't like what Phil Robertson says, Change the channel you idiots ! Make an example for kids to follow. Why do we have so many school shootings ? Look who we idolize-stupid, idiot, morons keep watching, continue to let kids see the same thing.
   I will watch Duck Dynasty and I don't need to explain why to anyone. I won't buy anything sports related that I know has had an influence, negative on the American public's children.
   OH let's take Hollywood while I'm at it. We love our favorite actors, but as adults we need to be cautious when we say front of our children, Oh I gotta see that!. We're adults and hopefully smarter. Teens brains have not developed yet, no until about age 22. So for God's sake, for G_D's sake, for Heavens sake-do the right thing for your kids, and for the future of all kids.  Change the channel, stop buying sports materials, sneakers too after all they're mostly made in China, Love your country, love your family and feet. Make better choice this year. Keep your money at home with you where you have earned it and don't spend on idiots!!!!

9/11, Pledge of Allegiance in schools

       How, more so after September eleventh, are we still without the pledge of allegiance in our school? How is it our children don't know it as they should as well as the Star Spangled Banner ? Oh yeah, I remember, their rights are being violated. Then you do it. As parents who are American and believe in America, what our armed forces protect us from, you teach them.
      Do you know in part why our kids are in so much trouble? It's all and very simply boils down to respect. Without that kids are running like a bunch of crossed wires and we know what happens when wires get crossed. This is our country and while we all complain about what's wrong, what are we doing to try, at least try to make it better? Do we go up to school to check on how the kids are doing? It isn't all on report cards ya know, Yes, I know people work, but how often are those school meetings? How long will your child live and you do want them to have a good life right?
      So start now. Teach the basics that aren't being taught in school. No matter what your feelings are about the separation of Church and state, we were still better off with prayer in school, grace before meals, night time prayers,  and kids asking forgiveness. Now they just ask for a lawyer. Yeah, they know their rights alright, after all, they live in America.

Dale, Best Carpet Installer Guy around,717-819-7683

        A few months ago, I took a chance and called some strange guy on Craigslist, who was a carpet installer. So he was only strange as far as not knowing him. I bought at Jerry's Carpet on rt.30 who are also wonderful people. They sell remnants too by the way. Mine was a remnant and I measured twice. Well the carpet ended up too short. It was delivered by a great neighbor. See I only know good people. OKAY back to DALE.
   He and his wife Bonnie are a team who
         Dale came, checked the floor which was fine and I thought clean, but it wasn't clean enough for Dale. Dale and his wife Bonnie, started sweeping and Dale also took out some tacks I missed. Dale let me know the carpet was two inches too short, yet he would do his best to make it fit, and make it fit he did.
    Dale and Bonnie, a great team, just nice laid back people who get down to business and don't waste time. Usually they can give a price over the phone. He walked in looked around, grabbed his tools and finished in about an hour and a half. He cut pieces closest to where it would be used/walked on, like near the heater and in the closet, and like a perfect seamstress, made the carpet fit. I didn't even see the seams until he pointed them out. I was not only happy with the job but like most people with the price. Quality workmanship is Dales middle name.
    He has 30 years experience, so save time, shopping around, guesswork, and put that extra cash in your pocket, not the commercial guy. Just a little PS here, I used that big carpet place off rt.30 east(the one near Harley Davidson) and never again, seam work was a mess. How to buy AMERICAN Only & Where

       This morning I received a reminder from a crafter that she is buying from another crafter for gift giving. That is American Shopping . You can't do better that that. Sure kids want toys but who pays? America is paying every day we shop at that big W store. Imagine if we could control spending and just buy what we need. Go to local markets=healthier eating, supports the farmer as well as people who usually live locally, ends up saving gas, family time and makes happier people.
      I love music and would love a Susan Boyle CD, but first I want to know the whole process of making that CD and where it comes from.
      Just think and do what you can to SAVE AMERICA this holiday season, better yet, if you believe in the Bible, Christianity, maybe celebrate the business side less and the reason more.
       Another way to SAVE AMERICA is write letters, buy recycled, reuse and redecorate, paint a room for someone, help a neighbor, trim trees, ask, ask a neighbor, friend or relative (if you're still speaking) what you can do to help. Cook a dinner that will last a few days or at least for seconds. Babysit to give someone a day off, a night out or shop for someone. Cut coupons and give away. Wash and polish a car for an elderly person-not me:) SAVE AMERICA by helping the AMERICAN neighbor, small business owner, church group/mission and don't accept money. Give time if you can. There are so many AMERICAN NEEDS, so step out and step up, and support the AMERICAN NEIGHBOR, THE AMERICAN BUSINESS OWNER, THE AMERICAN CRAFTER and keep that support right here in our AMERICA this year!

Blogger ads and Comments-Practical and Whimsey

       It is 5.55 p.m. Eastern Standard time, and getting warmer instead of colder which brings me to ads all over. But first on a blogger site. I clicked an ad on my own site to see what it was like and what kind of an ad it was. It was really a good one. Can't tell ya what it was because it's almost competition. Okay truth now...I don't have any competition. I make makes but rarely sell any. A few days ago a young mom asked me about bringing my bags to her that she saw me showing someone and now wants to buy a few for gifts, that they're practical and whimsy.
       That was such a nice compliment, so yes I'll bring my bags to her. I have one made now just right for her little girl as a gift. But to go back to those ads that is how bloggers make a little extra, pennies for sure but extra, and leave comments, even, hey lady I didn't like what you wrote, or you are so wrong, and better yet, awww that was nice. More important about those bloggers ads, they are very interesting. Some products I haven't seen in any local stores, but I do make sure the products are American made, after all as Americans we are in enough trouble without buying products made overseas.
