Fireman Volunteer Child Molester Neighbor Stoverstown Pa.

When I first saw his face, the charges on face book; quickly my brain went to when I first met him. He came to my house with his son, welcomed me to my new home in the country, told me he was a volunteer fireman and more in the community. A few years ago my Jeep went on fire and he was there and I would see him at Special Olympics with one of his sons and his wife. I remember her as never looking happy. Yes, that stayed with me today wondering, is that why? Because she knew he was a child molester all those years. I also thought of Jerry Sandusky and his wife and then remember a guy in this area who was a High School principal at Vo-Tech. The volunteer fireman is Timothy Stein.
So many times victims are blamed, stories get twisted, but the wives, they always know. That High School Principal? His wife taught Sunday School and she was a screamer. One day picking my children up early from the upstairs class I heard her scream and never let my kids go back there again. This was the popular family. The man, Jim  Blevins would be in the Choir and when it came time to pray he would look up, all around and yes I did too obviously because there was something I never liked or trusted about him.
His aunt told me it was true but that the board forgave him, and God forgave him, that the young man who brought charges was a disturbed kid with a history of drug abuse. I wonder why. Well that victim couldn't take it anymore and I went to his lawyer with what I was told by the aunt, ready to go to court. The victim however was now being disgraced by this wonderful church, Shrewsbury Assembly of God. His aunt later told me I would probably feel better in a  small church, Sure, gotcha, sweep it under the rug again. Keep the perverts in the church. Let him continue to molest. Yet The school would no longer have anything to do with him as there were other victims.Sometimes, many times, in big churches, families who are well known have "positions". They hide, cover up, take part in, are just as guilty, deny and pious. They think-who are you to question us? You are Gods child, that who!
All of this and more came flooding back. Why do the wives protect these "men"? Is it money, property, the family, going out to work, a lifestyle?
PROTECT your children ! I'm sure you so, but protect them more. Ask questions, a lot of questions and teach your kids to tell, tell the hell out of it if anyone, anyone at all touches them, asks to keep secrets, asks them not to tell, whispers, threatens them. Whatever you can  think of to keep your child whole, they way they were meant to be, do it. Keep them children, Keep them Whole, keep them lovingly  as pure as you can.

PCXpert in York New Salem Pa.

Need help, advice, lessons, yes they do all of that and more. I was pleasantly surprised at the services they offered especially lessons! How many computer repair companies offer lessons ? I know, I know, price, well that's something you have to talk to them about and budget for, maybe.  We all have a different set of priorities so if you need lessons and don't want to travel far, don't want to sit in a classroom, don't want to look for a parking place, won't be distracted by a group of classmates, odors, and have to be there the same time each day, then this is for you.
I am not related, if I was, boy would I be lucky. Anyway not to tear down another business,(no names) but I called someone else locally who wanted sixty bucks to look at it, then tell you what's wrong and charge accordingly. Also he mentioned the turn around time was one to two weeks. Sure that can mean they are very busy because they re very good, or it can mean something else. They might be just as good, I don't honestly know. However I do like the fact that when I walked in to PCXpert, one of the guys, Brian or Bryan, set my computer up, knew instantly it was a virus. He gave me a price and I said okay.
Early the following week Shawn delivered my computer, set it up and talked with me, to me, about this n' that concerns with my computer, such as I need a cable for my screen as it goes off and on. Today we were on the phone as he was helping me with an issue I had and I think now it has a lot to do with AOL.
PCXpert sells computers, sells new and refurbished computers and laptops.  Seriously people, support local businesses-if they are good in what they do, honest people and talk to you like your business matters, because that is exactly how I have been treated at PCXpert.
They are located on Main street in York New Salem close to Twin Pines and Rutter's. These are young men, not kids, and have families like you and I. They know their business is their livelihood  and this community should check them out as they check out your computer. They are up to speed  in the world of technology, so if it's speed you want, PCXpert is the place for your printer, computer, laptop and knowledge. Take a class, learn a little more and hey, you can even give a gift certificate to someone for a class/lesson. Now that I mentioned that, I don't know personally that they give gift certificates, but I'm sure they can work that out with you. By the way, if they repaired this computer, they can repair yours.
   Their number is 717 792 0005
Check out their website-you can even have repairs done without leaving home !

Those Rutters' KIds York New Salem Pa.

Just want to give a thank you, to those kool young people at Rutters. I stop in  a lot as many do and notice how they treat people. One young lady always offers a smile to just about everyone, and gives a hi, how are you?  She asks questions, not too personal, but enough to let a person know she cares and  not let a line form. When a line happens she is right there pitching in, so Miss T, thank you for all of your hard work and kindnesses. BONUES TIME RUTTERS?
Now I don't want to single out just one person, but like many who stop in we relate to whomever we have the most contact with at any given time. Some people just have a more reserved personality, want to do their work and not reach out. That's really okay too. No one is rude, short tempered, but just being them selves.
Sometimes it takes a smile to get one. Sometimes it takes offering a kind word, let people know you notice how devoted they are, after all we don't know how the upper crust treats their employees. BONUS TIME RUTTERS?
Some are part-time BONUS TIME RUTTERS? and I may not see them much, but I do see too how the guys also work. We forget when we talk about companies who have more females and the guys get stuck on the back burner, not noticed as much. Well the two guys I see most are on the ball as well, and goal oriented. They have pleasant personalities and like the ladies offer kind words, short funny stories and take care of business at the same time. I have seen other young guys who, when I come in are working, so again... BONUS TIME RUTTERS?
So to all of the Rutter Employees at York New Salem, I appreciate the people you are, the work you do, and how you make a day better for this consumer, which in turn makes me want to continue to patronize this particular store.

Twin Pines York New Salem Pa.

How many of us are lucky enough to live close to a market, no not a grocery store, but more like a Farm Market, or Farmers Market? I know I am.
In case your not familiar with places like Twin Pines, let me tell you a few things about this market. I stopped in this morning to just get two things and happy I left most of my money home. As you know in this world of wanting vs. needing, wanting sometimes over rules the brain.
At Twin Pines here's what makes wanting easier. It isn't just the food, but the people. Go to a chain supermarket. Everyone needs conversations, so we wait and wait in very long lines. I prefer to save gas and time, may spend more at a market, but I guarantee this. You won't see people at Twin Pines with scraggly hair, tattoos all over, chewing gum with wide open mouths, and a poor attitude. Do I sound judgemental? I'm really not but I do observe a lot.
When I talk about the people, I am talking neighbors who care. These people who own and work at Twin Pines are kind, funny, helpful and hard workers. I also know the owner is a person who is not judgemental. While I don't know the owner personally, I had an incident happen one day which could have ended a lot worse for a child if we were in a business-like supermarket chain where people have become numb. Not all but many. I won't go into the incident as details aren't important here and I wouldn't want to be responsible for inviting another to do the same thing.
Twin Pines offers a fresh bakery, fresh meat counter which I am at at least once a week, great dairy products, a fresh vegetable area and all of the non grocery items you may need, as well as staples. Remember as it has been said many times over the years, shop outside isles for a healthier you. Better Yet, Shop Twin Pines.
