Justice for Kenneth A. White

   Five boys, aged fifteen to eighteen, without much thought of their actions, threw a rock and killed a man, a father of four children and now the question is, How long should they be imprisoned for ?
   One "boy" is a legal adults but all are being tried as adults and about two years ago this type of stupidity has become a felony.
    Here is my quick opinion of punishments for these kids. Three years, in some confinement. Can not drive on release, except during daylight. Here comes the real consequences: Since they took a life of a father with four children, the mother is to present them with a bill of what the father would have earned-while they were confined- and start to pay her back, then from the point of release, get jobs and for the next many years remain on probation until her youngest child reaches eighteen and while on probation these five young men are to financially take care of repairs either   through payments or fixing it them selves. Here's an example: If she needed a plumbing repair and this is her choice,whatever the cost is, is to be divided by five or she she allows, one or two will come over and repair. This includes mowing, painting her house, auto repairs, anything the father of her children would normally do.
    Should she marry and that man earns less than the father of her children, those five young men, financially fill in the rest. All has to be on time payments. If they don't complete this, back to jail for breaking probation, for ten years. If her husband earns the same or better amount, the remaining time until her youngest child reaches 18, these five guys simply send in 100. per person to the mom until the youngest reaches 18.
   Although they are kids, they knew that holy crap, I could kill someone, but nope, not one backed out. If they are imprisoned a long time, enough for their brains to mature, they may only learn how to become a real thug and society pays as it will but for how long is up to a jury at this point. Allowing them out with pay back restrictions, put it back on them.

Lonely Teenager, A Poem a day...

   Lonely Teenager

 

He walked with shoulder's slumped down

 a Hoodie, now known on his head

He seemed to stand out more than others

yet felt like he was dead.

 

She was different than her friends

who teased her all day long

they said she never really knew

how to, sing their song.

 

They said he never was quite like them

that he looked funny too

and he even talked weird to people

but he was just lonely, like you.

 

They said she wore her hair so long

 and she walked her kind of gait

so they never bothered to ever know

her inside, her love of faith.

 

Next time you see a kid so weird

and doesn't seem like you

take the time to be a friend

That's what really counts too.

 

Look inside yourself, in the mirror today

look past the eyes you see, your clothes for the day

look past the friends who are just fake, walking on popular street

and take another look at those, who really don't want to compete.

Look and look again

Be honest with who you are

Open up the palm of your hand

Get to know the person, see the shining star.

17yr.old MURDERS Soccer Coach

      With one punch to the temple, a sudden sucker punch, this almost eighteen year old killed a soccer, coach, Mr. Padillo in Utah. Mr. Padillo was assaulted before by kids and to what degree I don't know at this point, but he kept on trying, on and on he tried.
       Now comes this murderous kid who with anger and determination to hurt, also outweighing the coach, sucker punches him in the temple. His name is being protected. We just went through kids in Ohio who raped a girl and their names were published. This seventeen year old KILLED  a man, and maybe not intentionally, but he definitely did intend harm by the simple fact that he assaulted him, a sucker punch to the TEMPLE !
          He is a coward, a bully who now wants to be protected who murdered a man, a family man, a father, brother and son and as important a man who tried repeatedly to help kids like this coward.
      I can't help but think once again, this is the society we live in , but why and how has it come to this. This bullies' family will be thinking, my poor son, but he didn't mean it. Maybe true, but no excuses for that kind of temper that told that kid he has a right to do as he wants. It is the rights that laws, have given these kids, that lenient parents have given them, that loss of immigration control has given them, loss of religious freedoms have taken away, prayer in schools have been taken away. Why is it the rights of the wrong doers all appear to be on their side. What right did this coach have to be protected?

HIV, 17yrs old from-BEWARE

     This young girl married and had a child with a guy who was in prison. He gave her HIV. Just as bad, he is cheating with other single young ladies.
     Do we not know that HIV / AIDS is still very much active in today's living and or dying? From the youngest of people who are sexually active to people who are much older, HIV is spread more than other age groups, so don't think you're safe because you're a senior or, I'm just a kid and have years to live. Not now you don't!
    This young man is throwing his sexual appetite around like a baseball and you don't want to be the catcher's mitt. Do you have any idea how many people want revenge because someone gave them HIV?
     DO NOT become a victim because others are careless, use condoms with a pin hole in them or simply tell you how much they love you so you can get what he or she has. That is a gift that keeps on giving, but deadly. Is your life worth ten minutes of proving how much you love someone, someone who is passing it around anyway? Someone who is killing people?
    AIDs and HIV is/are a perfect reason to be celibate until married. Try it. YOu just might end up disease free.
